When requested by your support technician or you are needing the IP Address of the printer for a different reason, please follow the steps below to retrieve the IP Address of the printer.
Printers with Futuresmart 4/5
1. Please click the 
button at the top right hand corner of the Home Page.
2. Select the Ethernet tab along the left hand side.
3. The IPv4 Address is the IP address that you are needing to retrieve.

1. Please click the network button at the top right hand corner of the Home Page as shown in the picture below.
