SMTP gateway not responding
In the event that your printer is showing the screen below that the SMTP gateway is not responding. Please follow the next steps to have this issue fixed.
1. If you have IT, please contact them and have them speak to us as their settings may have been applied to the scan settings on the printer.
2. If you do not have IT, please use the button below to contact our friendly support team as they will be able to help you configure the settings on your printer to ensure that the scan settings have been set correctly.
