To access the Help Centre, go to https://jayb.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
To register for an account on the Help Centre click 'Sign in' on the top right corner of the Help Centre screen.
Choose one the available services to register, or choose Sign Up or Get a password.
Typically, if you register with an email domain belonging to your company you will be given access to exclusive content designed specifically for you.
If you register with a non-company address, you will need to request this access with a support ticket.
