There are some instances that the jobs that are sent to the printers need to be cancelled as they could be sent by mistake or corrupted that require to be removed from the printer.
1. Please the paper leaflet icon in the top right hand corner.

2. Select the job that you are wanting to cancel or pause, select either Cancel Job or Pause All for the job. Click yes/no after you Cancel Job to confirm your selection.

3. There is an option to Resume All once you're ready to have the jobs resumed.
