1. Navigate on the control panel of the printer until you see Support Tools, tap on Support Tools to enter the menu.
2. Please select the Troubleshooting menu as shown below.
3. Select the Event Log Page.
4. Select the printer symbol down the bottom right to print out the Error Log page.
5. Email through the pages that were printed out to support@rbcgroup.com.au.
