Given the situation that you are required to set a Static IP address on the printer as requested by your IT or by a Support Technician, please follow the step below to have your IP address changed.
1. Please swipe on the control panel of the printer until you see Settings.
2. Click Machine Features Settings
3. Click System settings
4. Please select Interface Settings.
5. Click Machine IPv4 Address.
6. You are required to choose Specify to be able to set a Static IP Address.
7. Next to Machine IPv4 Address, select Change to set a Static IP address for the printer.
8. Please type in the new IP address you are wanting to set for the printer.
9. Click OK in the top right hand corner to apply the changes.
