When requested by your support technician or you are needing the IP Address of the printer for a different reason, please follow the steps below to retrieve the IP Address of the printer. The IP Address is normally on the top of the screen depending on the printer's interface as shown below.

4. Please click the Interface Settings on the printer.

5. Select the Machine IPv4 Address option on the printer.

6. The Machine IPv4 Address is the IP address that you are needing to retrieve.
