How to resolve document feeder scan skewing on HP Printers

Scans skewing through the document feeder can be caused by the feeder falling out of calibration. This can be resolved remotely without the need of a technician on site. Please follow the below steps when dealing with this issue. 

1. Contact support on 1300 857 164, you will be able to speak to a support technician who will walk you through the step in getting this issue fixed.

2. When requested by the support agent please place the printed out Skew Test Page in the document feeder as shown in the photo below.

3. Confirm that the calibration has resolved the feeder skewing with the support agent by doing a few test prints.
